Haven Hospice hopes you'll join local and national organizations to help
raise funds for our patients and their families. Your sponsorship will help
to make VIVA! 2008 a wonderful Cajun success! Haven Hospice provides services
and programs beyond traditional hospice care.
For example, Transitions provides
telephone support, community education and referral services as well as the
Lifeline Medical Alert service to individuals and families who are dealing
with potentially life-limiting illnesses. Healing Hearts provides grief support
and counseling for anyone in our community who is facing a loss.
