ViVA! Volunteer Information
ViVA! 2008 - A Bayou Bash
Put this one on your calendar! Volunteers are needed to help us before, during and
after the ViVA! event in Alachua on Sat., April 12, 2008.
Volunteers can help with everything from being a dining room host/hostess to decorator, from grounds maintenance to dishwasher, from game room dealer to photo finisher.
If you want to help, we have the job for you, but sign up soon!
Before event:
We need people/groups to help set up and decorate
During event:
Dining room hosts/hostesses
Game room - dealers and more
Parking crew
Dishwashing crew
Grounds maintenance
Bar tenders and barbacks
Art walker / silent auction
End of event:
Individuals/groups are needed to clean up and breakdown tables and site.
